Stepping up my morning green smoothie game with this tasty concoction. Cheers to Cinco de Mayo and to healthy habits!
- 2 1/2 cups coconut water
- 1/2 tbsp coconut oil
- 1 lime, juiced
- 1 gigantic handful of kale
- 1/4 fresh cilantro
- 1 generous cup of frozen mango
How to: Add the coconut water and coconut oil into the blender first. Blend on medium, making sure the oil gets dispersed pretty evenly (good trick, right?!) Then add the other ingredients in order and blend again before you get to the frozen mango. Add mango, blend until smooth. Slice up some extra lime to make it look real pretty and for dunking! Ole!
